1. Digital Products & Services

  • All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, courses, or downloadable content from UpForEarn are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and access/delivery is provided.

  • In case you face technical issues (such as file not opening, link not working, or failed delivery), you must contact us within 48 hours at support@upforearn.com. Our team will assist you to resolve the issue promptly.


2. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • If you purchase any physical product via UpForEarn, refunds or replacements are only possible if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with valid proof (photo/video evidence).


3. Subscription Services

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.


4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to use the product/service due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., poor internet connection, user error).

  • Misuse of our platform or violation of our Terms of Service.
